I've just noticed that I no longer get email notifications for watched items ending - I missed two items this morning. I've got two accounts (buy/sell) and it's a problem on both. I get other emails - e.g. message received, item posted, item delivered, but not for watched items ending. I chatted with support which recommended unticking the options in Comms Preferences, logging out , logging in, re-ticking the options, but that hasn't worked. I've checked spam. I've checked mail rules. I've checked my mail server and the messages just aren't getting sent. If they were being marked as spam then in all likelihood the other notifications wouldn't come through. I tried deleting all the eBay cookies also. Nothing's worked so far.
Anyone seen this and managed to fix it? Thanks in advance
