I've been trying to buy a couple of items using various methods but the website keeps freezing and crashing. How does anyone buy anything on here?

At what point in the transaction are you getting stuck?

What does "freezing and crashing" mean, exactly?

Which browser or app are you using? It might be worth trying a different browser or device.

Are you able to sign in to your PayPal account and verify that no information needs to be updated, and your payment methods or card numbers are current?

When I'm going to pay any item by my VISA card, it is coming a Error code like "Your payment didn't go through. Please check the card info and billing address or select a different payment option.

I see you are registered very recently in Sri Lanka.

Make sure you have set up your account correctly and connected your PayPal account to your eBay account. You may want to check with someone from Sri Lanka who has set up an eBay account before to make sure you have done everything you need to do.

You will also have to make sure that your seller ships to Sri Lanka and also accepts payment from there as well. Not every seller is set up to receive payments from every location.

It's not just them, I've had this issue since last night. My account has been active for years and it doesnt take card, PayPal or Google Pay.

This has been happening since Feb, and ebay knows about it but cannot/will not fix it.
