Cart not working - can't checkout

Haven't been able to check out in 24 hours. eBay, please fix. I'd like to pay the seller, please. Second time this has happened in the last month. Causes unnecessary delays.

What happens when you try to check out?

Are you able to pay by going through your Purchase History rather than the cart? How about if you choose a different payment method?

Is your seller new to selling, or registered in another country?

Been going on since Feb. so I don't think they will fix it. Not sure why...yet.
