I have contacted Ebay twice this week because I am unable to save templates or copy templates or create a new listIng.Ridiculous , this problem should have been rectified immediately!

Agree. We reported the problem yesterday. They indicated it had not yet been reported as an issue. Still having the same problem today.

I have the same issue and notified eBay now. You know, unless a hundred sellers complain about this issue, they won't address it anytime soon. One rep said it will take 3-5 business days. My custom template has been locked in save mode for nearly an hour.

I just tried creating and saving a new template on Firefox and the same thing happened again.

I am having the same problem. I have hundreds of items that need listed but need new templates. When I click save, the "Saving Template" spinning wheel happens infinitely. I have tried different browsers and devices with no luck.

They're lying. Reports of template issues can be found from November of 2021. Typical eBay denial.

I tried to create a new template at 1:15am Saturday morning after reporting the issue on 2-4-2022. The system still won't accept the new template.

Does anyone have the usa email address for technical support? I got a reply but I am wondering if the main headquarters in California is aware of this issue.

Was going to create a topic for this, but seems others are experiencing the same issue. Had no problem as recently as a week ago, but as of this weekend can't create new templates or modify old ones. Makes listing volume nearly impossible, unless adding details one by one from a blank template (not practical).

We haven't been able to list any new items or edit templates since early morning 2-4-22. Contacted eBay and they said there is a glitch with listing/templates and should be fixed within 24-48 hours. Just figured I'd help update the community in case there are others having the same issue.

Having the same issue... this issue started in November and it took like a week or longer for it to be fixed. Looks like its happening again. This is ridiculous.

I am having the same problem. I want to modify old templates. But, I can't save them. I have tried Safari(Mac), IE(Win10), Chrome(Win10). All are not working...
