Hi everyone!
I just checked this after 2 months. I had called in regarding the issue of not being able to create a new template etc. Even after deleting some templates no longer being used, the problem still existed. The rep informed me to go a different route.
She told me instead of clicking on "Listing Templates" to click on "Drafts" then click on "Create Listing" then proceed from there. I used the draft route and it created a listing for me. This must be a back door way in the system. Hope this helps for future reference. God speed everyone! 🙂
