So you know, I'm delighted with your shipping time, and the quality of the product but now that Ebay has "REQUIRED" me to log in over again to leave feedback I will no longer do it. I also am encouraging forum users to stop leaving feedback. Buyers don't need it past a few hundred but once SELLERS get ticked off MAYBE they will complain to Ebay and the dolts that come up with this nonsense will get fired.

Try "typing" an obfuscated password like:

We_will@not-!take-it1256

On a phone keyboard.

For those of you who use them and would suggest using a password manager, I will NOT use password managers. If Experian can get hacked so can a password file. Think rogue programmer ex-employee at the PW manager creator with a grudge who knows the password algorithm? NAH, I'll type, but not over and over again.

I have to same problem, but it just started this past week. So, no more leaving feedback.

New news on the issue. I use firefox (with cookies manager plugin)  and FF sets cookies with login status so I stay logged in on my PC. On a lark I cleared out ALL of my Ebay cookies and I no longer have to log in to leave feedback.

My problem started right after I left negative feedback for a user that sent me a dead and unchargeable phone battery. I have no idea whether or not other browsers can selectively delete cookies but it's worth a try!

Same, I'm not leaving any more feedback until this is fixed.

I'm already logged in & my password is saved, I'm not reentering my password somewhere else to leave feedback.

Yes it`s same with me...i`m signed in but when i try to leave feedback i get a **bleep** screen asking me to sign in.?

Why do I have to log in again when I am already logged in on eBay??? Why??? Now I cannot leave feedback whithout logging in over and over again for each item. Why???? What good is this forum for us to join together and commiserate? Why does't ebay let us contact them regarding their irritating mistakes? Why ask Why?? Why don't we get notified of these changes. I keep getting redirected, it appears to be a bootlegging program and I will NOT log in again!!!

If you just started having this problem in the last week, it might be related to eBay's new sign-in page.

The new sign in page is apparently causing problems for some folks; most of them seem to be using Microsoft Edge or Explorer browsers. The "keep me signed in" box on the sign-in page does not function correctly.

There is another "keep me signed in on this computer" checkbox in your Account: Site Preferences: Other General Preferences. Check that box and hit "Apply". It works for some people, at least until they sign out again.

I'm not logging in to another pop-up log on page while I am already logged in. Do not trust the second log on. May be steeling my pass word. I will not leave any more feed back until EBAY investigates and fixes issue. I think any buyers having this issue should not leave feed back. It is too risky.

I agree there is a problem with the new sign-on page. My problem is I can’t get signed on at all. So I can’t access the Site Preferences to check off the box to stay signed on. I was able to check it on a different device but it appears to only affect that specific device. I’m now frozen out on 1 desktop and 1 iPad. So the problem isn’t just Edge or IE. These signon issues have been going on since at least June. It used to be possible to redirect to the old sign-on page but it seems to no longer be available.  Once all devices become unsigned on, which seems inevitable at this point, this seller will be out of business. EBay, do you care at all??? I see no signs these messages are being monitored except by a lot of great users trying to help each other. That’s great but we need eBay’s technical staff to fix things!

I started having this problem over a week ago.  After reading all of the responses, I came to the conclusion that there was a problem with the cookies in my Edge browser.  I determined the proper way to delete cookies from Edge and deleted all of the cookies.  At that point, I had to sign in to Ebay again - because the cookies were deleted - but I did not have to sign in again to leave feedback.  At this point, I am considering my problem solved.  Another user mentioned deleting cookies from Fox Fire and that steered me to my solution.

I hope clearing cookies continues to work for you. I have cleared cookies a gazillion times on all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). It didn't help. I believe the problem for at least some of us is the new Signin page, the one with the big suggestion to try going through Facebook.

I am logged in and having the same thing pop up whe I try to leave feedback. Log in page looks a little sketchy. And face book symbol keeps popping up in the corner.

When I enter my password to login to leave feedback (really frustrating when I am already logged in....) then is shows me wierd numbers to prove I am not a robot... but no where to write numbers.... there is something very wrong with the "leave feedback" link.... doesn't even look like a real ebay page....

I get stuck in an infinite login loop too, but for me it is when I try to write a review.  It lets me enter feedback just fine.

When I click on "Submit" after writing the review, it asks me if I want to leave the page.  If I say "yes," it sends me to eBay log in.  I have to re-enter the revew and click "Submit" again.  It asks to leave the page again.  Over and over.  If I answer "no" to "leave the page", the page grays out, it puts up a spinning circle that spins forever and never completes.

I buy, leave feedback, manage my settings, etc. and it works fine and doesn't make me log in in an infinite loop.

I am a programmer and have reported this and other bugs.  At this point I give up and realize that eBay doesn't have the kind of programming shop that I have worked in.
