Puzzling situation concerning a seller!

I am trying to purchase a dvd,with repeated attempts I keep getting an E bay message. One or more sellers are not accepting payments.In my 18 years of buying and selling on E bay I have never heard of such a thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Issues with Quantities in a Listing - HELP PLEASE

I have a listing still showing up active even though I have sold all the quantities I had. When I created the listing I entered Quantity of 3. I have sold all three through eBay and it is still showing I have 2 available. How do I fix this???
