When I try leaving Feedback for large orders I get the following error message:
"We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again. We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again."
I have tried multiple time but still get this error message. Any suggestion??

In your situation it is possible to leave feedback if you have a device with the eBay app on it. All my multi-item orders get the error you get on the web site. But the app does work in this situation. You will have to type in the feedback manually but at least it works till they fix the website bug.

I faced the similar situation when I try to sign in. "We ran into a problem". I think that is an error of server.

I have the same problem. Never had it before, just this last week. Hopefully eBay knows and will fix it soon...???

guess theyre not concerned..its been going on for a few weeks now ..still nothing fixed

Click on the box next to the combined order on which you need to leave feedback and then at the top click on the Feedback button. This allows me to leave feedback. eBay needs to fix this problem which has gone on for over a week now.

Same error. Cannot leave feedback when a buyer has purchased multiple items on the same invoice. Even trying to do them one by one.

This works for me both yesterday and today. Here's more detailed info.
1. Click on one of more of the boxes under Actions for the combined orders needing feedback.
2. When an Action box is clicked, near the top of the page under Results a number of buttons appear. Click on the Leave Feedback button.
You should get a message that Feedback has been left or is being processed. If this doesn't work for you I suggest you call Customer Support and report a problem.
