Ebay Listings are not showing up for some customers.

I just received emails from 2 different regular customers that our ebay listings are not showing up for them. We've also noticed a huge drop in sales over the last few days. I'm wondering if other sellers are having similar issues?

The last few days I was scrolling thru my active listings checking out titles and the items would disappear and it would then say "you have no active listings". Never seen this till the last few days.

I opened the first listing I saw and checked your shipping; it looks like you ship to most countries with only a few exceptions.

I posted a new item today at 11:40am (PDT)... and as of 5:45pm (PDT)... it still doesn't show up in my eBay Store and it doesn't appear in any eBay searches.  I've never seen any listing of mine take this long to show up.   Seems like something is wrong... but I can see the item when I comb through my active listings.  6+ hours... and only 2 views on an item that often sells for 2 or 3 times what I'm asking for this one.  Search indexing is taking far too long to sort...  It's in a collectibles category and there's nothing that should require a delay for evaluation.   If there is a concern... I'd much rather they just not allow the item to be listed.  Why penalize sellers like this?

New listings can take 24 hours since the last revision to be indexed and appear in search.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I thought I had listed an item a few months ago, but it wasn't showing so I listed it. When I logged on today, both listings are now active so I had to end the listing. Same thing happened to a few of my other listings. Sales were super slow this weekend. I've only sold 3 items the past 2 days and this has not happened to me in ages.

The problem was clearly in the Collectibles category where the listing had been placed.  When I was creating the listing, I had utilized eBay's category search tool which recommended only two options, one of which I selected.  I knew from experience that the category result was not quite right (there should have been more options)... but I went with the recommendation it provided.  When there was no indexing and no search capability after wasting half of this day... I gave up and ended the listing.  I opted to "Sell Similar" and relisted the item in a different Collectibles category.  Within 15 minutes it appeared in my eBay Store and in Search results.  Within 15 minutes.  Moral of the story:  never wait 24 hours for indexing.

But still i think you're happy. I have same issue, but all biggest European domains can't see my listings - Ebay.de, Ebay.fr, Ebay.es. 

Also on Ebay.com not all countries (Ship to) can see my listings.

My big store in the last 7 hours 58,000 (1000 items are not being shown for some reason)  had only 2 sales. My new store I just started because of all these issues, 436 items and got 1 sale in the last 7 hours. My 22 year old store has felt suppressed for the past 2 years with ongoing technical issues on the site. I just created a 2nd store a month ago and it feels like it has less issues so far. I just want my original store/server to work properly.

I saw your post because I'm not seeing some of my listed items in my store, items for sale or in search.  They are in the listings in the seller hub and some of the items are good sellers.  The more I check, the more I find items missing. I don't know what it going on but this is my busy season and it's very  discouraging.

I see 374 items you currently have listed, including several new listings.

My store item count and number of listed items has not been correct for over a year.

I am also having that same problem so what i have to do i redirect my buyers to other sites i have my items cross posted on and tell them to purchase from that site not ebay.

Sellers who use Ebay International Shipping are not showing in Germany because if the new German packaging requirements and registration.

Same here, my listings are not visible for the customers in the HiPo region, even though the shipping policies are set up correctly. eBay was informed about this back in February, though there was no response. devon@ebay , are you aware of this?
