Ebay Checkout Issue not Connecting to Paypal Undefined Spinner

Hello,

When I try to pay something with Paypal, after enter my login/password, I got an undefined spinner connecting to Paypal.
I can connect me to my Paypal account separately.
Can you help me please ?

Having the same problem on Firefox since the last update.
Fixed it by going into the extensions and adding paypal and ebay (again) to the whitelist of my pop-up and ad blockers.
Apparently, there's some issue with the update setting some clearances back to zero.

I am currently using ABP extension on firefox. Had to add pay.ebay.com and paypal.com to the whitelisted websites list in order to get it working and complete my purchase. First time I have ever experienced this issue.

thank you for the advise. i had the same problem and even posted it a few seconds ago but didn't check the white-list on my Ublock adblocker, that did the trick & hopefully it stays that way. 🙂

I still have this problem

Both in Internet Explorer and Foxfire on a PC.

Last night, I tried to used  "Edge" and was able to connect, it took a bit longer, and quick paid my eBay fees.

I am able to go to the Seller's Hub and connect to Paypal and print my shipping labes.

I found the UBlock the dashboard and the whitelist, but not sure what to do.
There is a list of items in blue. Am I to enter pay.ebay.com and paypal.com below those in blue?

I got it to work.
I found techswift.org that shows more detail of the "whitelist" and I entered pay.ebay.com and paypal.com. I was able to make a purchase now.

I am more and more angry, I get more and more massages from my potential buyers that still can't pay for the item they want to buy Ebay does not accept paypal it lasts over 1 week

im having the same issues just started today tried multiple browsers and tried on my iPhone and laptop and still wont go through. tried using a debit card and it wont go through. I hope this is fixed soon this is hurting my store.

I have had the same issues all day and when is someone going to tell us what the problem is its not a browser problem or any of the things ive seen people post its got to be a problem with ebay or paypal ive tried all the fixes on here and nothing changed tried multiple browsers on different devices and still no go.

Have you tried disabling your ad blocker (or whitelisting pay.ebay.com and paypal.com) and disabling any enhanced tracking protection (or cross-site tracking cookie blocking) in your chosen browser?

Have you tried checking out with a mobile browser or using the eBay app?

Those things seem to be helping other users experiencing this issue.

ive tried all that and still no fix it was working fine yesterday and nothing has changed on my computer or devices

I use firefox and that is all I use.
Could not use paypal in ebay.
I downloaded the Opera browser and opened it.
Then proceeded to ebay and my checkout went right through just like that.
I will use Opera browser just for my purchases on ebay with paypal.
From now on simple way to get the purchases to go through for now.
Will still use firefox for everything else, at least for now.

Right.. Really annoyingly had written a walk through and Ebay sed I wasn't authorised! Anyways..

Add paypal.com and pay.ebay.com to your ad blocking exceptions..

Try to pay again BUT before entering your password and pressing log in to get the spinning page of death..

Look in the address bar.. to the right of the url address is a grey small padlock and a blue circle with a line through it.. Took a few secs to load on my ie11

Click the clue circle and it says something "like we've blocked some ads" but disable that and allow..

Enter your password and press log in..

Worked for me.. Didn't have to clear cache or anything..

Thanx to others, for me on IE11 a 2 stage process.. 🙂
