I should know better than to question your expertise, but doesn’t even that exceed the limit for ESE ( 1/4” thickness)?
This was explained in my post above @nyr134 when I said:
Since the listing form does not accept decimals on package dimensions (the label purchase page does), you would have to keep dims within 5x4x1 and 11x6x1 on the listing form, and weight not over 3 oz.
In other words, you have to put 1" on the listing form, but when you buy the label you change it to 0.25"
It's ridiculous eBay doesn't let us put decimals for package dimensions on the listing form. 🙄

I had an error in a listing a day ago where I entered 116" as a dimension instead of 16" and the listed showed that I did not ship to the USA.
Shot in the dark at an answer for you.
When I changed the dimension, the buyer could purchase the item.

I've been calling this all week yet I do not think they are doing anything about this. It is killing sales!

For almost all of your items that I have looked at, you have not specified a shipping method (and a cost). eBay's message to the potential buyers is not worded clearly but essentially it is saying you do not ship to their location - because you have not specified a method by which it will get there.
So, you need to specify which carrier (for example, USPS) and which service (Ground Advantage?). That will solve this problem.
By the way, in the one listing I saw where you have specified shipping (1990 Fleer League Standouts 6 card set) you are charging $3.50 for USPS Ground Advantage from Colorado to me in New Jersey. Depending on the weight, it will likely be around $4.25 or so. If it was not your intention to offer a buyer a discount on shipping, change this from flat to calculated with the correct weight and dimension.

Hi @ghorton5354 . As lakefor94 advised, you need to check your shipping settings on the listing.
- If you use calculated shipping but leave weight/dimensions blank then you'll encounter the shipping not specified message.
- If you use calculated shipping but enter weight/dimensions that exceed the carrier's limits for the service you're offering then you'll encounter the shipping not specified message.
Start by editing item 116158690670 - scroll down to the shipping section - what do you have entered for shipping service, weight, and dimensions?

I have specified Ebay Standard Envelope in both shipping and description as well as Will combine shipping ass needed, in description. They are trading cards.

When I talked to Customer Support I was told that a report would be done, But was told that it sounded like a problem on the buyer side and suggested I have the buyer call in.

Yes, but what weight and dimensions are on your listing @ghorton5354 ?
eBay Standard Envelope restrictions:
Since the listing form does not accept decimals on package dimensions (the label purchase page does), you would have to keep dims within 5x4x1 and 11x6x1 on the listing form, and weight not over 3 oz.

1 oz. 7x4x4
If combining shipment, may be more depending on how many and how packed (if over 3 ozs.)

The problem is not the shipper shipping, it is the buyer that wants to order. I have already talked with Customer Support and have gone through my shipping settings with them. They saw no problem.

7x4x4 exceeds ESE requirements. Change it to 7x4x1
If you exceed ESE limits you cannot use that service.

Items for sale some say...'Shipping not specified' and to contact the seller(which is you).
Some cards have ESE as listed and others have no shipping listed.

Side note: it is astonishing that customer support said that the shipping settings were fine and that it was a buyer issue.
