Customers complaining that they can't order from me because I don't ship
to them. I only ship with in the US, but not International. Customers
are in the US.
This is what I have been getting the past 3 days trying to revise one of
my multiple listings. Anybody know if it is being worked on? Or have any
idea of what to do?
The problem is not the shipper shipping, it is the buyer that wants to
order. I have already talked with Customer Support and have gone through
my shipping settings with them. They saw no problem.
When I talked to Customer Support I was told that a report would be
done, But was told that it sounded like a problem on the buyer side and
suggested I have the buyer call in.
