It is very difficult to reconcile my inventory--- compared to WHAT I think is Live---
If this were me making these mistakes, I would have defects and no exposure. I am beginning to wonder if the 1 defect I have was created due to data not being accurate---
Do you use the out-of-stock control? That is often where the discrepancy appears between seller hub Active items and the displayed number of items in search or store page.
I don't know what causes the difference between your active listings download and your seller hub.
Sort your seller hub and your spreadsheet on quantity to see how many have zero quantity.
Do you have variations? The number of variation attributes used to inflate the search page results for several years, but that seems to have been resolved recently. Those variations may still show in your download report as separate line items.

YES, I use the OOS control, however I only keep under 20 items typically there depending on my supply.
As you can see, I am off by hundreds---

Variations may be the ISSUE--- on the Active download report----
So, I could decide that report would have to be viewed differently. I just went in and gave that another look.
Now, My items in store vs. Seller Hub should be closer.
I will pull the download report out of the mix.
My call to support will be seller hub listings vs. store listings.

Today I see 7477 in search and in store. What does seller hub tell you today?
