Anyone else having this problem? Purchase label button will not light up at the end.

I can now get to print labels, but it will not print anything but a label to 8 1/2 x 11 paper or the half size labels that we can get [2 per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet].
If I change the Scale setting to Fit to printable area, it appears on screen like the pic below which is still on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.
I simply have been unable to find a way to have it print the right size for my Thermal printer. If I hit the print button it will print to the thermal printer, but waste a couple of labels because it isn't recognizing that the label should be 4x6".

Hi @mam98031! The tech team has created a ticket for this and we've updated the tech post here. I'm still waiting to hear if it's related to thermal printers only or not, but in the meantime, the more reports the team can get...the better. 🍀

Yes, I can only ship by using the "ship in Bulk" option and I hate it!

This thread is a clear indication that you are not alone. They do a fix for the basic problem of not being able to print the shipping labels. The technical team did ask us to clear our cookies and cache, then try printing a label again. There is still a problem with the size of the label. It prints fine on a regular printer, but doesn't if you have a dedicated label printer.

I've read a couple of complaints that sellers aren't able to add USPS insurance when creating a label either. I never use insurance, so it isn't anything I use, but I've read a couple of other complaints like this.

Are there any updates on the fix of the labels. The list of ongoing tech issues doesn't appear to have been updated for a few days.

Not yet @mam98031. The only one that has been marked as resolved recently was an international shipping issue that started back in April and it was found to be working as designed. We noted that and moved it in the tech post, but have nothing else new to report on the other shipping issues at this point.

OMG I sure hope we don't have to wait that long for this fix on the labels!!! It is so much extra work for the sellers.

I wouldn't worry about that @mam98031. The problem with the International shipping situation is that they could never reproduce it, which ultimately led to them figuring out that it was working as designed all along. They are looking into process improvements however, as there was clearly some concern there.
These recently reported shipping issues are definitely new, and definitely issues, so the tech team is hard at work trying to find a fix.
