Payment method is not the issue. Just talked to Ebay and they said they are having some technical problems with the Purchase Shipping Label system currently.

Im having same issue second day now, I was able to print 2 labels this morning but then back to not being able too. I have been purchasing the label from my phone & downloading the QR code & the post office printed the label for me there, this way you still get the shipping discount. but I had too write the address & item on bag so I knew which QR code went where. I hope they fix it soon.

I had this problem off and on yesterday.

It comes and goes.

I managed to get all my my labels printed and ship out all of my items.

I had this problem late this morning PST. It is still an issue right now. If it doesn't clear by tomorrow I will print my shipping label through PayPal.

Same problem. Taking my packages to our p.o. & will add my tracking manually to ebay to satisfy my shipping times.

I can tell you that the incognito window is the solution

the three dots in the upper right will take you to one, its easier than it sounds

it was a lifesaver for me this morning

it worked so good I wrote a thank you note to the community

Just called ebay. Others should do the same as, the guy I had said he didnt see the error message. I told him others are having the same trouble. Said he would call back.

A possible work around while waiting for ebay to fix this is switch browser. I normally use Microsoft Edge. I switched to Google Chrome and was able to print labels.

I have the same problem with printing labels. The only fix I have found is to clear my cache between "EVERY" order. Then it allows me to print a label. Frustrating!
