Can’t access shopping cart

I have several items in my cart but they are not showing up

I also cannot see the items in my cart. The small cart icon has a red "7" over it, which sounds like the right number of items in my cart, and hovering over the icon shows a partial list of the items in it on the right side of the screen, but when I click on the "View Cart" button, I get a "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing." message screen. I have also tried other ways to get to the cart, but none are working.
