I would like to refund part of the shipping fee that was charged on a purchase item. I cannot find any mechanism to give a partial refund of the total item cost to a buyer. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. Thanks for your help.

Never mind. I found the answer elsewhere in the discussion group - go through PayPal to issue the partial refund. Easier than I thought.
