I can not see my basket

What basket are you referring to? Your shopping cart?
In a browser it is upper right hand corner.

In the iPhone/iPad app it is also upper right corner.

You maybe able to see it if you log into eBay.co.uk you are currently in eBay.com (usa)

You are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to ebay.com, where the "cart" system is distinct from your UK "basket".

You should ordinarily be able to find your basket here, but at the moment there seems to be an issue with the UK basket link:

You may still be able to reach an item in your basket by hovering your cursor over the basket icon in the upper right of a UK eBay page. You should see a drop-down with your item in it; you may be able to use the item title link to reach the item, and then check out directly from the item page using the buy-it-now button rather than the "add to basket" option. If you are only buying one item, try that.

If you are trying to buy multiple items from the same seller and you have not committed to paying yet, try purchasing those items on ebay.ie or ebay.ca or ebay.com to see if the carts on those sites work better for you.

The UK "basket" system seems to not be working at the moment.

I also cannot see the items in my cart. The small cart icon has a red "7" over it, which sounds like the right number of items in my cart, and hovering over the icon shows a partial list of the items in it on the right side of the screen, but when I click on the "View Cart" button, I get a "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing." message screen. I have also tried other ways to get to the cart, but none are working. So, the problem may be present for both US and UK users.

Same here - When I click on "View Cart" it says sorry page is missing. I can still click on "Pay Now" to go to checkout to pay for individual items that I know are within the cart, but the overall cart itself (to pay for multiple items at once) is inaccessible at this time.
