I wanted to report that my Business Policies page, which was fine earlier today is currently blank and showing no policies to edit.

Any difference if you use another browser? Or a private or incognito browser window?

Same problem with both Chrome and Edge browsers. And with my other eBay account also. Also, same in incognito browser.

I am experiencing the same thing on my account. I requested a callback from customer service to report the issue. The CSR I spoke with is also a seller and was able to reproduce the problem on his account and see it on my account. He submitted a tech ticket. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved quickly.

Thank you for this information! That is exactly what I am seeing.

Same problem here. Search engine is still broken too. They haven't fixed that for years. This platform is frustrating to use as a buyer and a seller. 🤦

I'm having the same problem on Safari and Firefox on a Mac.
Anybody experiencing this, please click the ? icon on the lower right of any eBay page and file a tech report. The more users reporting, the faster eBay will fix it.
Hi devon@ebay - could you also get this reported from your end, please? I'm seeing the same thing shown in @mcdougle4248 's screenshot. Thanks!

While policies cannot be accessed through the biz policy management page right now, if you go into edit mode on your active listings, you can edit policies applied to that listing and you can also create new policies through that path.
The 'opt out' link is visible so people newly opted in that don't want to use policies can still opt out.

Yep. Mine is also the same way. I was just trying to get in to edit and add new shipping settings and none of the policies are showing.

I'm having the same problem. Blank page!

Mine business policies page is also blank (Chrome and Edge), but the policies are still name in drafts and listings.
There is no ? reporting icon on my business policies page. I sent a message through the chat bot 😔

Same issue here. I also have a major issue with the shipping policies that no one can figure out.
I am not excluding any shipping locations, yet it constantly overrides them and excludes PO Box, APO and AK/HI.

Once policies are back, tag me and I may be able to help you with the PO Box, APO and AK/HI, issue.

Will do! It seems to be related to me listing new items? Just a guess. When I list more items, that seems to trigger the shipping policy to change all of my other listings to exclude. When I check the policy itself, it still shows to not exclude, but when I look at the item listing, the shipping details shows it is excluding.

Hey @wastingtime101! I just checked and there is a sitewide ticket open on the issue with the Business Policy page. The ticket open for resolution is ALERT15817 and if any seller is reaching out to customer support can provide them with this ticket to have their account added as an example.

Same problem here, and yesterday I noticed I had a couple hundred items in a "Parcel select" shipping policy. Some were old listings and some were new. Every time I've reassigned them and deleted the policy, it comes back. Then those listings don't show a shipping service. Lord knows if people can even buy them. Ebay glitches always equate to no sales, and sure enough, no sales again in the last 12 hours. I used to have sales around the clock, now I keep having 12-13 hour blackout periods with no sales.
