Not every page has the ? icon - not sure why @eastlaneave - however all you need to do is go to any other page. For example, go to your seller hub overview page and click the ? icon there, or do it from the home page. You don't have to click the ? from the affected page.
Only takes a minute and now that Devon has confirmed there's a site wide ticket, all you have to to is file a tech report and say something like: My account is affected by ALERT15817 - Business policies are not appearing on the business policy management page.
