Best Offer not working

I can't respond to BEST OFFER I just received.  No word from ebay.  Anyone else having issues?

Click anywhere in the box with the potential buyers id. The options should come up.
Looks like another glitch in the system.

The last few days when I've clicked on the message I couldn't find the normal button. I clicked on the actual listings and clicked on manage offers in the top left hand corner and it worked.

Ebay has had a problem not allowing sellers to respond to best offers.Basically you get no response when clicking on either except,counter, or decline. This issue has been going on for better part of 2 weeks. I called and got not answers until a requested a supervisor who in not so many words stated there is a issue/problem going on and its being worked on. He was able to accept the offers for me that I couldn't respond to but who has the time to call in for what should work. I do hope they get it fixed as I presently have offers that I cannot respond to, nor do I have the time to call in and have them accepted them for me.
