I am having same experiences. However ebay now has "customer
representatives" to ASSist the seller. Reps lie and say they have
INVESTIGATED my claims. It is so obvious that they have never looked at
my listing versus buyers untrue statements.
I don't blame you for pulling out. I have had several similar issues
with buyers. You are right in saying that EBay doesn't protect sellers
and every time I see Jordan Sweetnam's smiling face telling me how great
they are I want to puke. Bottom line ...
