Does anyone know how to get a hold of EBAY in Utah?? I have wasted so much time trying to communicate with Ebay in Philippines and got nowhere, I tried talking to them and they placed me on hold 4 times, waited on hold for easily an hour of those 2 hours.......it's totally a joke, no way to treat ANY EBAYERS. I tried to get assistance, they placed me on hold, told me wrong information, I then asked to be transferred to the department the customer service rep. claimed to be talking, I sat on hold easily 15 minutes, they then came back and didn't transfer me, they told me wrong information, I then asked a 2nd time, could you please transfer me to the department you're talking to, so I can ask them questions and directly speak to them, instead of getting the information wrong from you. Placed on hold a 2nd time, wait 15 minutes, then the CS tells me more wrong info. I then BEG to be transferred, still not transferred. This phone system seems designed to NOT give straight forward answers and solutions. Instead it's the runaround. Horrible customer service in Philippines and when I try to speak to someone is USA........no go!!!

Try calling first thing in the morning, you can usually get a U.S. tech.
