I've noticed the past couple days the "promotion banner" (I'm not sure if there's a proper term for it) is no longer displaying on the top of listings (the one that reads "Buy one and get one at x% off".

Additionally, "Watchers" (and the number) also does not seem to be displaying in listings.

Did ebay roll-back the hidden watchers as well as move the promotion banner back up top? If so was there an announcement on how it works now? I wasn't able to see your watchers when viewing your store items, but when I conducted a general search by listing title, I saw your item watchers!

shows to buyers with over 10 watchers and on multiple item listings intermitent on others.

586 of my 860 listings have watchers but only maybe 25-30 show to the buyers.

I DID,so far don't think they really care,they me even be laughing at us it's been a month,AND NO OFFICIAL WORD ANY PLACE,WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
They need to read that story about the goose that lays the golden egg.
I'M NOT LAYING ANY MORE EGGS UNTIL IT'S FIXED.

No one seems to know why the promitional offer banber is jnowjit showing. Ebay put in a ticket for me this morning. I keep checking and nothing is fixed. This seems to be a problem fir many sellers. I have not seen a solution yet to this problem. Markdown manager was way more effective with no problems. They took that away. Now firced to use promitional listings which doesn't even work. This is my 3rd attempt to use it in the last month with no banner showing. Ebay assured me it was showing on thier end under the seller hub- promotional listings- active. Of course it shows there but how do we know if others can see it if we cannot see it ourself. I have gone to seller hub then to eBay updates and scroll through the updates and have not seen anything on promotional glitches. Beyond frustrated at this point. Why can't anyone at ebay tell us something?

Regarding the Watchers # on Listing Pages: My #s went away about 6 months ago and I have spent countless hours over 12 CS calls to try and get this resolved. One rep said the bug would be fixed by Apr 27, but NO. This issue is not affecting all sellers, but a great many to be sure. My sales, as well as others, have been negatively affected by this removal of the Watchers #. As a frequent buyer, if I know others are watching an item, I feel pressure to hurry and buy before someone else does. Further, when doing research to gauge the popularity of an item, I certainly take into account the # of people watching among other factors. Some of my items have 20+ watchers, but potential buyers are no longer privy to this info as only I can see the # from my Active Listings page. If I'm losing sales because of this ONGOING ISSUE, then so is eBay so PLEASE FIX IT already because 6 MONTHS with NO RESOLUTION is BAD FOR BIZ!!!

I'm having the same problem. All of a sudden, my promotional banners no longer appear on the mobile app. They are still visible if a buyer is shopping on the classic website, but in the "new" position at the bottom of the page. I called CS and they said they would submit a ticket, but I'm not holding my breath.

I stand corrected, the big banner showing all my items on sale is below the description (on regular website) but at the very top my listing pages, above the main item picture there is supposed to be the sale announcement, but it's gone from all my listings. Mobile app is supposed to show promotions between the "watch" button and "item condition/specifics". Nope, it's not there on my account.

So I called eBay this am and spoke to a US rep who confirmed that the problems I'm having is a global issue affecting some sellers and that there may not be a fix for another couple of weeks. That's a really long time.

It's def a bug on ebay's end. I have a few listings, with old promotions, that still displays the promotions banner on top only when I use microsoft edge.

On firefox, new and old promos are displaying on the bottom of the page.

On Chrome, the old promo is not displaying at all while the new promos are displaying on the bottom.

This is very frustrating. TG I have not been concentrating on ebay!

It is June 7th, 2018 and the issue has not been fixed for all selers since this thread started on January 25th, 2018.
