Inexpensive item, no tracking (i know, i know) but it should have been
delivered no later than 2 weeks after it was mailed. It's beyond me why

On the app the delivery time for my listings shows "est. by" x date , so
it's easier to point out to buyers that items may arrive a few days

I send every buyer a little something extra. The more they buy, the
nicer the extra. So if someone leave a FB comment about it, other buyers
don't feel like left out.
