ADD RECOMMENDED ITEM SPECIFICS under TASKS on SELLER HUB Not Working

ITEM SPECIFICS Under "TASKS" Add Recommended Item Specifics NOT WORKING! Click on Item and a tiny Horizontal bar comes up at top of page with LISTING Hidden behind a 1/8" SLIDE RADIO BUTTON BAR. Rest of page is totally white. been like this for over 24 hrs. I reported anyone else seeing this?

What browser are you using?

Any difference if you try another browser, or a private or incognito browser window? Or if you disable add-ons like ad blockers?

Yes @ekmadonna , there's a bug with the window.

When you click "add item specifics" to the left of a listing, the pop up appears normal size, but only the first line of item specifics (IS) display and the rest is white space. The other IS are there, but you have to scroll to see them.

Anybody facing this issue should click the ? icon on the lower right corner of that page and report the problem, which is exclusive to adding recommended missing item specifics, not about the listing form.

I can't even scroll to see them, radio bar runs all the way across bottom and a tiny vertical one on right hand side for up and down. neither has any room to really move and neither expands anything. I can hit save ONLY with big blue button but that does not remove them from my tasks list at all. they are just piling up as need attention.

If you have a mouse with scroll wheel or a touch pad on a laptop scrolling should be easy. Otherwise just wait for eBay to fix it.

You don't actually have to do anything as it's not a required task. I think today was the first time I clicked on mine in months because I already fill out all relevant IS and know when I click on it all I'll see is stuff that does not apply, like "Character."

Hey @ekmadonna! The Product team wanted to reach out and off some assistance here. They are wanting to know if yourself or others are still running into this? Also to add that if you are, can you share the OS name (Windows/macOS/Linux/etc.) and version, browser name (Chrome/Firefox/Edge/etc.) and version, monitor size, and screen resolution.

I am still having this issue. WINDOWS 10 FIREFOX Laptop and screen resolution I have no idea. the same one I have been using since forever. whatever the standard is I guess as I have never had to change anything.

There is no standard screen resolution @ekmadonna  and you left out several pieces of info devon@ebay requested. This info is important as the display is different for every system. I'm happy to help you with info on how to find the missing data.

To get your Firefox version that was asked for, in the menu above click Firefox > About Firefox to find the version number.

To get your monitor size that was asked for, measure the screen diagonally from corner to corner (inches).

To get screen resolution that was asked for using a Windows system,

- Right-click on your desktop (any empty area)
- Select “Display Settings” from the menu.
- Scroll down to “Scale and Layout”
- Look for “Display Resolution” to see your current setting.

RESOLUTION 1366 x 768 RECOMMENDED, MONITOR  14". Cant seem to find firefox version, Installed it 2022

Firefox won't use the word version it'll just show the number, for example mine shows: 134.0.2

In the browser's menu go to Firefox > About Firefox and there should be a pop-up with browser info.
