Gorgeous Vase

Another piece from my Great Grandmothers collection. I have no idea of age, maker or anything else. I cannot really describe it very well as I have not seen anything like it. It stands 8 1/2" tall.

Glass, American Brilliant footed bowl

Hi, I was hoping someone might know what this is or is used for. You are able to pump fluid from it and the guy I got it from said he didn't know but he used it to spritz his plants. It stands only about 6 inches tall.
