At least at Chat About, etch is the usual keyword to use. I found it by
searching "etch and tulip" Just an FYI, for anyone not familiar with
searching that site, you need to use the "and" connector, otherwise, you
end up with way too many results.
This Lotus etch also looks similar. Lotus was a decorating company. They
bought glass from others and then decorated it
