Since we moved over to managed payments, we haven't had any problems getting the money paid to the checking account. Yes, it takes too long, but the money has arrived. Until today.
Today, it declined a payout. There is nothing on the Payments pages explaining WHY the payout was declined. Since all the other payouts have gone through, what's different about this one? There's been no e-mail explaining what's going on, no note on the ebay page of an issue with any of the payments, nothing. I've scoured the Community Board, but I'm not finding any answers as to why payouts are declined.
Does anyone have the answer or know where I can find the information?

That was all I was told, "sometime today" This was also one of my biggest payouts yet. Amazing how Ebay really had all of us believing it was our fault.

This also happened to me this morning. My payout was declined. I called my bank. No problems there. All my info on ebay is correct. I just got a payout yesterday. In fact the managed payments have been working fine. I am **bleep** off caused already sent items out. I have more to ship out. And scared to do. Plus bids on other items. I am unable to get with ebay. The chat is unavailable. And for a call back. Have you heard anything else? Must be a glimpse. Tech problems

Right? Pretty irresponsible to send an email telling us it was an error from our bank, forcing all of us affected to call them, when it's really an issue on eBay's end. I still haven't received anything from them saying that. Glad I found this thread!

Mine just changed from Declined to Preparing to Send.
So maybe Ebay has it figured out.

Happened to me as well. Yeah, that was a major **bleep** to wake up to. Have to wonder how many more glitches there'll be with managed payments.... (Never had this problem with Paypal BTW).

"limited number of sellers" when a bank already knows what you are calling about, before you get done explaining, it appears to be slightly more than "Limited" and is snowballing on the forums posts as well....

yeah, it's pretty annoying when you read their email saying, hey just call your bank, leaving you feeling it's our problem to solve, pretty concerning.

Same issue. No problem with the daily payout for the past couple of months and now declined today. My bank information is correct and never changed. Hope this is resolved soon, not a great time for the payments to go down as this time of year they will add up quickly

And yet they are forcing more sellers into Manage Payments every day and they cannot even accommodate the ones they presently have, just saying. The next couple of weeks should be very interesting with sales skyrocketing for the holidays.

Had same issue 12/2/20. I guess they have not fixed it yet for good.
So annoying. Never happened with Paypal. I miss Paypal.

Did you have an option to opt out? Ebay sent me multiple messages and this was forced on me. To make matters worse I didn't even receive the fee credit incentive because I waited till the last minute to provide my information.
