Is it known yet whether the tariffs will affect eBay's International
Shipping program (i.e. will non-US buyers have to pay a "surcharge",
even for unaffected items such as records)?
Happened to me as well. Yeah, that was a major **bleep** to wake up to.
Have to wonder how many more glitches there'll be with managed
payments.... (Never had this problem with Paypal BTW).
