Re: Where is my shipping fee?

eBay doesn't keep the shipping fee. The shipping fee is included in your payout.  If you use eBay for your shipping labels, you can set eBay to use available funds or PayPal  to pay.

Under managed payment, eBay won't give you your money (for sale and shipping) until DAYS after the sale (unless you print from eBay labels). If you pay at the Post Office, you will need to come up with the money and ship out of your pocket until you actually see your payment from eBay many days later.

Before eBay Managed Payments, PayPal would credit you immediately for sale and shipping (at least they did for me). The times they are a-changing.

Re: Where is my shipping fee?

Are you referring to the FVF on shipping?  If so, ebay has been collecting this fee for about 10 years.

eBay did NOT keep your shipping fee. They collected payment from the buyer, took out their Final Value Fee, and sent the rest to you. Things work differently now that you are in Managed Payments; you need to read up on that.
