MP = Managed Payments.
If no payment has been issued by the buyer then there will be no record of the payment in MP. Anymore than it would have if you were still in PayPal.
MP and PP are money processors. So if no money has changed hands there is nothing to see in MP or PP.
Go to your Seller Hub, in the ORDERS box, and click on Awaiting Payment.
