Payout delay

I recently made a sell, the payout was announced but then eBay sends me a message that they needed additional information for tax purposes. I send the requested information, but not it appears that payout is no longer in process. The funds appear to be in purgatory. I did call customer service, and the rep told me it was a system glitch. Has this happened to anyone else?

System glitch, lol ain't that the truth. 

Glitch releasing your payment? Did you ask if it would resolve or if you have to resubmit the information?

The rep filed a ticket. He verified my information was submitted. Hopefully they resolve this soon.

When did you submit this info? They are inundated with these submittals so it will take a few weeks

I was emailed last night, so the information was submitted then. I figure I won’t see my funds for awhile. Not a fan of their payout system.

Yep; probably nobody is now that everyone has to be in it yet the site does not block members from listing before they are 'IN' MP.
