Payment not scheduled even with available funds.

Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled?  I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

I know you said you gave them your ID but did they ask for the original purchase receipts of everything that you recently sold on eBay? I wonder if that’s a common thing they ask for in order to complete a periodic review. I know that will be a problem for me if they ask because some of the stuff I sold I bought 8+ years ago and I don’t have the original  receipts. Back then I wasn’t purchasing things specifically to sell them later on like I am doing now

They just told me it wasn't finished and that they couldn't tell me anything else due to proprietary and secret ways in which their system works. On 3/12 I had a 5 day hold and on 3/13 in the morning it was released. I had no payouts scheduled on 3/19 (yesterday even though there should have been) and was told it was a site wide glitch. Around 11pm est I then saw the red banner again and they told me I just had to wait. If you search the forum people have reported multiple 5 day hold (and some of these people sell $100s of thousands of dollars on ebay) and some have had back to back holds. I was told if they needed more documentation they would let me know.

I don't know what your payment schedule is, but if I were you I'd change my Payout schedule to Daily so as soon as they lift it again, your payout will get out to you quicker than if you have Weekly or something else.  You can always change it back after you get the stuck money out of there.

I've not been asked for purchase receipts. I've had 2 kinds of holds this on which is considered a periodic performance hold and a bank verification hold. With the bank verification hold I had to provide ID and a complete bank statement. After looking at other threads and even other sites it seems the 5 day hold is relatively common especially if you sold a higher end good and can happen multiple times a year.

There is a known issue with this. It started over the weekend.  It is happening to lots of sellers.  Ebay is aware of the issue.

Mine is now saying that my next payout will be March 29th, so it looks like they fixed whatever was up.

Yesterday I thought it was fixed as it said next payout on the 22nd, but now this morning it says the 23rd

I thought MP was perfect without any problems always.  Thankfully they got rid of immediate payments through paypal.

No one has said that, that I know of.  That would be silly.  Very little in life is perfect and problem free to include PayPal.

I actually ended up getting a payout sent today! Surprised me a bit as I wasn't expecting it, but no complaints here.

 You are also a new seller.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
