Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled? I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

I did and they confirmed it is an error and the IT team is aware of it. You can contact them about it and they will add your account to the list of accounts that are affected by the issue!

Did they give you a ticket number? So much easier to add ourselves to it when we have the number. Otherwise we have to go through the problem again with the CSR and then they have to search for the right ticket number.

Unfortunately they did not have an ETA, but they did say they were working on getting it fixed as quickly as possible.

No mine is still showing no Payout scheduled. Darn it, I'm so sorry. If it is correct it means it will be the end of this upcoming week before you money becomes available again providing there are no issues they take 4-5 days. I am really sorry!!!!

I can't imagine why they feel the need to do 2 performance reviews within 2 weeks. I had one on 3/12 and now 3/19.

Me either. I will keep my fingers crossed that is simply a side effect of this glitch about the next payout date and will go away when the glitch is fully fixed.

I'm currently chatting with a CSR and they claim they didn't finish the first one. I'm hoping it's just misinformation.

They did not and I didn't think to ask for one when the CSR said she was adding my name to the list, unfortunately!

That’s ridiculous. How could they finish it and start paying you out again only to go back a week later and tell you that the review was never really finished? Something’s not right there and I wonder if they’ll do the same to me. Did they tell you anything else? Did they give you any idea as to what more information/documentation that they want from you in order to finally finish the review?
