Hi Everyone,
I have a payment processing since Friday 25th November which i have sent out recorded delivery and it still says this
Processing: to be completed on 26 Nov
Anyone else having this problem? i have never encountered this before

It isn't a problem, it is how the system works. When you went into MP did you read up about it and learn how the program works? Or did you just decide to kind of learn as you go?
This is what we have for the US site. IDK if it is the same for the UK.

I have the same problem with one payment [the largest unfortunately] processing since the 26th. Holiday and weekends slow it down, I know this. but newer payments have been received and it is , 6 days later, marked "in progress". that is not a holiday issue. I called CS and they said it is a tech glitch and may take 2 weeks to resolve. the history shows that they "send" every day but it does not land in my bank account.
this is really bad.

Yes exactly the same as mine, been advised its a glitch and will take a while to resolve.. took the fees quick enough though

It quite clearly isn't how the system works as I have received thousands of payments and have never had a problem with one sitting in processing for over 3 days, so maybe you need to have a look yourself when issues occur and don't just label people as lazy because you believe you are correct!

Then go to you Seller Hub, hover over the payment tab, from the drop down menu select Payouts. From this screen towards the right side is a Bank Reference ID #. Write that down and then call your bank. They should be able to trace the deposit since our money goes through the ACH banking system.
