Hello
We start getting more Payment Dispute also known as Chargeback from buyers. We wonder that kind of seller protection do we have here. We tried to call Mange Payment but they have no idea.
Anyone has link of their policy?
Will they protect us from chargeback like Paypal did? For Examples, item show delivered with tracking number. Buyer ask for partial refund, we refused. Buyer open chargeback for that partial refund. We summit the tracking#. At this point, will we be covered?

A Blue (ebay employee) answered with link to an updated policy toward the end of the thread........
BUT this discussion had to do with a Not Received Claim.........which ebay will supposedly cover. If the claim is Not as described.....whole 'nuther ball game. Paypal didn't cover those and I doubt ebay will. Not understanding why the "partial" claim.......
