Been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days now regarding a MP question. I can call PayPal directly. MP I have to beg and plead and hope to get a call back. This is ridiculous I can't get the help and answers I need when I am paying good money for this service!

In December eBay forced thousands of sellers into Manage Payments, maybe 100s of thousands. And, since they laid off a large part of their CS staff due to the COVIN-19 pandemic, they have overwhelmed those that are left. From reports here, getting a call back is the only way to contact them and, once you get to talk to someone it can take up to 8 days to resolve your issue.
So all you can do is keep ask for the call back, and think about whether or not you want to keep selling until you get things fixed. Welcome to Managed Payments.

Welcome to Mismanged Payments. Now we all work for EBay at $0 per hour. What a mess, what a waste of time and resources, very aggravating.

Last I knew PayPal still offered phone support for businesses. Not sure on personal. Pretty pathetic how little eBay cares about providing support. Not too different from their normal operations I guess.

First they toss the payment system down a loaded toilet and do not even have enough support personnel to deal with the mess.
Before they destroyed completely good payment system calling support was not an issue.
We should all be vocal about it as for many of us they ruined what we worked on for over 20 years and in most support cases do not even have workarounds or band aid solutions. What a mess they created.
The worst part they are so full of themselves and stubborn they would not even admit this horrific mistake. What a lack of respect and appreciation.

I am suspended from listing but it's impossible for me to sign up for MP because my "official" USPS address is a PO Box (no street delivery where I live) but MP insists on street address. LONG conversation with support elevated to higher levels, they agreed and stated they would not block/suspend my account, and I could continue using PayPal until their IT dept. fixed the problem. WRONG they don't give a $h**
Requested call me today, estimate 45 minutes, two hours later no call. From above postings sounds like this is the new normal. Multiple messages to support after the suspension remain unanswered.
Total disaster. I have been angry with Ebay MANY MANY times in the past, but this has elevated their disdain for sellers to a whole new level! And I'm supposed to trust them with my SS and bank account number???

I thought I noticed a sign in the PO that you could get a street address for your PO Box.

Did you say you were able to request a call back? I tried contacting the managed payments line and it said something like they were too busy and did not give an option for a call back, and I tried again later and it said something like there was no time available and to try and call back tomorrow. Does anyone know if there is a specific time you can try that can give you a better chance of getting a call back? Early in the morning maybe?

When you list, people can buy. Are you in managed payments now? There are help and contact buttons for both sites that will give you a way to contact them.
