Is there a way to sell on ebay without a checking account now that managed payments are here?

My ebay sales are from a hobby and it's not worth having a checking account for as I've used the Paypal account as the bank account. When managed payments rolls out, I dont see any way to use ebay anymore. Is this correct?

I don't have a bank account with a routing number, I don't like  any bank and I refuse to open an account with one.   They are the biggest criminals in the world.

I use paypal for many years.   Now it seems ebay is saying I cannot get paid anymore??   I wanted to sell a bunch of things.

You can't, and by the way, your listings show that you are already in Managed Payments. How are you going to get paid for those if you haven't registered a checking account?

No, PayPal worked well for Canadians living in US and International but Ebay killed us all with one shot.

Sorry for the bad news. They very stubborn bringing PayPal back. They likely never realized how much of their US business was coming out of the international sellers, are likely choking on it now with no solution in sight or near future.

They completely destroyed what was working so well. They are very greed driven so sooner or later this was coming. They did not appreciate what they had and wanted some more. Very unfortunate situation.

I'm in the same boat, don't have a bank and don't want one... been on ebay since 2007 and I guess I cant sell on it anymore, i don't sell much but I cant at all now.  I've been seeing a lot of people concerned about this change so I'm assuming they are away of it affecting quite a few people.  Its a very odd change to me since Paypal payouts has been working so well all this time until... now?

Terrible news! Why change something that is working? I don't want to give a checking acct as a reference for deposit of funds.  I use my PP acct to pay for other things too, so the payments I receive from buyers stays in that acct which I can draw from.

Why not give people the option of changing the system instead of requiring them to do so? 

I've been a member since 2002 and am disappointed with this change.

I am in the same position! PayPal is my only 'bank' account. I am wondering where I can sell now!

 I am in the same boat. I don't do enough ebay business to justify a dedicated account. Very bad policy to require a bank account and routing number saved somewhere out of your control.

This situation with Managed Payments and bank accounts sounds like nonense from the past centuries.I guess not every 15th person in the age of 30-45 has a bank account... This is like an absolute madness... PayPal worked well for 15 years for me and for us all here on Ebay. Now when we cant sell here , we will buy less...Or will nt buy at all ! I wonder , who told the Ebay Board that they will get some more money ? They are stupid - the will finally drop the platform down in 1 - 2 years... Its obvious even for the common people , MBA masters will lough at it for years... p s looked up the years ebay psitions , they are loosing it in Amazons favour.... Cmon guys , you are funny ....

My understanding is Pay Pal turned ebay down for renewal of contract.  It's not ebay's choice.  I'm anti-bank, too, and when I added what I DO use, and it was on ebay's list, they turned it down and asked for another bank source.  I took it as a sign....
