Managed Payments Fee Calculator

Does anyone know of a managed payments calculator I can use. I just switched over to managed payments today and the fees arnt making any sense to me.

Ridiculous to wait a week for payment

Why does it take a week to get paid..3 Day processing a payment then 3 to 5 business days to get in bank.. Used to be immediately. I'm moving my 200k in listing to poshmark and etsy ... Maybe Ebay will learn if more people left this pos.
