How to contact ebay?????

Ebay sent me an email saying that today's MP payout failed.  My bank info is exactly the same as it was for the payout yesterday.  I need to contact ebay to fix the problem.  (Can I just say how much I HATE Managed Payments - just let me use Paypal, please!)

Anyway, none of the contact links on ebay are working.  Does anybody know a working link, phone number or email address where I can reach a real person???

It's an ebay glitch, other members have reported the same problem..

Seem to be a number of people reporting this on various threads........  I just checked and the phone option for MP on the Summary page which is "temporarily unavailable".  Calling Ebay's general number is usually useless for MP.....they just try to transfer you as they can't answer questions.  I don't think Ebay for Business page answers questions on it either.......

Only thing I would think to do is just be patient.....it's going to be straightened out.

right now i think all lines of communication with them are shut down--they were probably overwhelmed with call requests regarding the mp payout issue

Yeah it's all smoke and mirrors with eBay. They put us on a wild goose chase with that email blaming our banks for their problem. This is the path eBay takes on all  technical issues. We all know this by now, they hide in the shadows while leaving us for dead. Can you say Hypocrisy

BULLSHI7!!!!!! They havent fixed the glitch. This is just blowing smoke to try to get the calls to ebay down. Right now, ebay is being overwhelmed by calls about this managed paqyment abortion. I have heard this from 4 different ebay employees.

Ebay had a good thing going with paypal   why did they have  to change.

takes to long to get the funds in checking account   can't make it have bills to pay

Like it when paypal  collected the money you could transfer funds instantly  now you have to wait days
