How do I access my funds?

So I just started using the Managed Payments system.  I have sold several items, and it says "These funds are in your eBay account." How do I access them? Do they transfer automatically to my bank, or do I need to transfer them myself? If the former, how long does it take for a bank to receive the funds? Thanks.

Re: How do I access my funds?

Depending on whether you set up daily or weekly payouts, eBay will transfer the money to your bank account when they are done with it. Could take 3-4 days, longer over the weekends.

Re: How do I access my funds?

I'm in the same boat, it says I have access to the funds from a recent sale, but I don't see any way to get to any kind of account summary that shows this information.  I hate paypal, but at least with paypal the money was immediately available and I could double check that the payment was there.  Can I not even check that the payment is in my new ebay managed payment account?  I guess I just have to get used to trusting that ebay has done everything correctly and can't even check on it?  I wish this didn't happen with a thousand-dollar sale, I'm not happy shipping this item before I KNOW the payment is mine....

Re: How do I access my funds?

Same thing that happened to me. eBay will loose a lot of customers this way. There are several sites to sell stuff. I have been with eBay since 1999. Maybe it's time to try someone else. Bad management usually dooms a company. I am not shipping until I know I got paid, but the customer will complain if it takes me a few days to send it waiting for the payment to be processed. Whomever the idiot is that did this to eBay should be fired.

Ebay sends the payments from your sales directly into your bank account, within 2 business days of the buyer’s order, Mon. thru Fri. Once a payout is initiated by Ebay, the funds will be available in your bank account per normal bank processing times, typically within 1-4 business days.

They will probably come tomorrow, depending on your bank.

AAAMMMEEENNNNNN 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Not only are we now forced to go through the whole Managed Payments **bleep**, but in doing some research I’ve now found that funds will be available 24 hours AFTER confirmed delivery! That’s total bull! If this were a new selling platform I’d completely understand the confirmed delivery, but it’s not!

If you’re in good standing and have an above average rating you shouldn’t be subject to this. No one likes change, but some Sellers on eBay do this full time and can’t afford to wait that long to get funds. That’s why they sell on eBay and not other Platforms, DUHHH?!?! Welp, guess it’s time to look elsewhere.

Re: How do I access my funds?

yeah does all seem kind of stupid why should EBAY get paid Before the one whos doing the work of making the listing and shipping the Listing seems like they want their money faster and screw the seller

Re: How do I access my funds?

I have had an issue for the past 3 months!!! I have been trying to get them to transfer my money and there is a constant issue of trying to link my bank when it says that it doesn't match when I only have the one! I have $75 sitting in there and eBay is not helping me in any shape or form... Keep taking me around in circles !!! 3 months trying to fix my issue and honestly have f had enough! I keep asking them to fix it and having to explain myself and all they can say is sorry and tell me the same steps I have been doing for the past 3 months! How do I take this further!!!

@dansi3873

First thing you do is log out of eBay.com  and then log in to eBay.com.au the Australian site.

https://community.ebay.com.au/

Our steps for signing up to managed payments are quite different than they are here in the US, so reach out to Help and Contact in Australia.
