My problem is so simple just wanted to talk to someone to see about getting a replacement for an expired EBATES check I've been trying for the longest to at least find out if it's possible for the replacement can't get any assistance what can I do

You need to contact ebates, which is now Rakuten.

You could "google" the problem.
You could post on "facebook" for help.
You could contact the issuer of that check.
As it has nothing to do with eBay the expired "ebates check" situation is out of place here.
