Buyer has no last name listed in their address. Why would eBay allow this?

Sold a $180 turntable yesterday to a buyer with zero feedback. If that wasn't bad enough, his address doesn't list a last name (just the letter "S"). Why on earth would eBay allow this? I hate to lose a $180 sale, but I don't want to lose the turntab...

Are there incentives of selling and opting to keep the money assigned to your ebay account?

Don't see mentions of extra store credit involved. Pricing for shipping is the same. You can cover the same costs and taxes with your own payment method. Am i missing something regarding enrollment here?

Refunds Without Returns/ Losing Money
