Why am I seeing “no inventory available in your area” message on stores, including my own?

I am seeing empty stores, including my own, that definitely have products listed, but have a message saying “there is no inventory available in your location.” What does that mean? There are products listed, but they’re not showing. Several of us posted this in ask a mentor, but there is no place to respond over there, so trying here.

Not sure but I can see your 24 items (you're in CO; I'm in AL).
All the freaky stuff happens overnight Thursday nights when they're doing 'system things,' so I bet you'l be able to see what you can't now within a few hours.

What is your shipping zip code set to?  Maybe you changed it to an International location?

I haven’t changed any shipping codes. I’ve been in the same location since I opened my eBay account eight years ago. Others have posted the same question over in the mentor section all today, so hoping you’re right that it’s just a Thursday night glitch. Hope they fix it because I’ve clicked on several other stores and got the same empty store and message, but when I click on the “filter” button, suddenly they appear. It’s only doing it on the app. When I go to the website version, I see everything fine.

It might be worth a try to click on the see details link from a listing.   Then a box will pop up that confirms your zip code and give you an opportunity to change it.

I’m having the same issue, I have over 800 listings but my store is showing no available inventory. A family member across the country is also seeing the same info. For me it seems to be mostly when using the app on the iPad. Hopefully eBay fixes this soon because it can really affect my sales.

I went and did that as you suggested (thank you) and it was all correct, nothing changed. I’m baffled.

I just posted about it on the Technical Problems & Mobile Apps boards, hopefully someone from eBay will see it.

For what it's worth, I just checked bo5h of your stores from my end and I can see both in their entirety. More than likely it was the usual Thursday night gremlins.

Did you check it using an ipad? It’s only happening on the ipad and is still doing it. Hopefully they’ll see your technical post. Thank you!

No i checked it using a Samsung S24 phone. But I will check with an IPad in a couple of hours when I get to the warehouse. I keep one at my office for just these types of situations, so that I can see how our various websites look via IOS.

P.S. for the record that was @nevermore_antiques_and_books  that made the post on the Technical boards

At least two of the folks experiencing this issue are using the eBay app on an iOS device. Others have not indicated what operating system or if they are using the app.

I seem to be able to view multiple stores and sellers' listings successfully using a desktop or mobile browser, as well as the Android version of the eBay app.

If you are using the app on an iOS device and experiencing this issue, can you check to see if you can see stores using a mobile browser? If eBay browser links are automatically opening in the eBay app, you may have to tap and hold the link to select "don't open in the app" to prevent that.

I've had the same issue...

I hit the see other sales button and it seemed to work.

I can see my store on my iPad in the browser, just not through the iOS app on my iPad. I’m not having any issues on the iOS app on my iPhone though.
