We are on hiatus ourselves these days so I can feel for you. Not that we don't want to indulge in our train hobby, just that there have been too many things getting in the way of it. We have decided to put the train room upstairs, so this means we have so much to do in order to do that. Most of the stuff is put away now and what little is out, will have to go away for an unknown amount of time.
Ed has been having some health problems, most are being taken care of, but they take up alot of time. The outdoor work is out of control, my son is leaving for Iraq next month so we spend a great deal more time on/with family, the bathrooms are now priortity-not vanity for remodel, the dog died yesterday, and so on and so on. And we are only two people that don't have as much free time to get it all done.......and have hobbies!
I really need a magic wand to get some of the house stuff done so we can have some HOBBY time soon!
SSSOOOOOOO, sell it, keep it, or do we store it for the time being? We still "play" with the trains all the time on the pathetic test track. I am getting tempted to just put scenery on that and be happy but who wants to see a train going in ovals all the time!!!???
I have total empathy for you Pete. Of course I would say put it on hold for awhile until you are totally sure of what you want to do. You always seem to come back to your railroad when you have these thoughts! Good LUCK!
