No Buy option in my eBay

I don't have any option that says "buy" when I click on my eBay.

This has gone on for weeks now. Whenever I open the app or am diverted to the app from a google search I get an error code 1001. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and have changed passwords but still the same issues. PLEASE HELP
