Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Not able to add photos from Photo Library

I have encountered a problem with an issue that I cannot add photos. I have deleted the listing and relisted it for new photos, but, however, I am unable to add photos from my library, but only take new photos. Please fix the app.
