Hello.. I purchased 2 items from a seller located in San Jose, CA and only received 1 of the 2 and was charged for both. When I look at “purchase history “ neither item is listed. Is there anybody who at eBay who can help me?

Resolved! Error in n the Home page

I keep getting a notification on “What’s New” section of the Home page that I gave items to ship, while in fact I don’t. They were already shipped a few days ago. That is not a big problem, but could be confusing. I’m attaching a screenshot.

Can’t change email address

Help!! I’m attempting to change my email address but the app will not allow it. It says the new address is already in use but continues to only show my old address.
