Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Won’t let me change PayPal, they sent it to wrong account .

You all sent the Payment to the wrong place, if I don’t get payment I’m not sending the item. Simple as that.

Product purchase deleted after buying for no reason

I was buying a gundam and when I purchased it and then it said that the transaction failed and I did not get my money back. Please help me out with this problem.

For some reason I cannot use Photos already taken on eBay items. What button did I push incorrectly?

Update

After the latest update where eBay made you put your bank account on there instead of going through PayPal I do not receive payment to either accounts when people buy my stuff.

App not accessing photo library

All of a sudden, app will no longer access my photo library. Very annoying.

Zero account setting/edit options

It took me nearly 30 minutes just to figure out how to change my username, now I’m trying to figure out how to change my profile picture and there’s zero information on the app/help center, why don’t they just let you pick a username and profile pict...

No sales

I haven’t sold any of my items, and it shows that I have made $320, every time I get an offer I can tell is fake, how can I remove the $320 that shows on my page
